Our plain concrete base panels (gravel boards) are designed to sit at the base of timber fence panels in the slots of concrete posts, preventing the timber from coming into direct contact with the ground. This single measure significantly extends the life of timber fence panels by blocking ground moisture — the primary cause of panel rot. The smooth plain finish gives a clean, understated look.
